Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you type into our form, we use it to call you back about your project, and we don't do anything else with it.

What we collect
Only what you enter in our estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, city, project type, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else. We don't ask for financial information, and we never ask for a Social Security number.
How we use it
To contact you about the project you asked us about — by phone, text, or email — and to prepare a scope and budget if you want one. That's it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We don't add you to a marketing list or newsletter.
- We don't run advertising trackers, analytics, or cookies on this site.
- We don't share your information with other contractors or lead brokers.
Who else touches your information
Two companies, and only in the ways described here:
- Formspree receives your form submission and delivers it to our email inbox. They process it on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, logs standard technical information such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
If you click the financing link
Our financing page is operated by Enhancify, a separate company. When you leave our site and enter information there, that information goes to Enhancify and its lending partners under their privacy policy, not ours. We don't receive your credit information, and we are not a lender.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries as long as we may reasonably need them for the project or for our records. If you'd like us to delete your information, ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will. Reply STOP to any text message, or just tell us on the phone or by email. You can also ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
